FIRE Calculator

Your calculator inputs, calculations, charts, and saved plans run in your browser. Kevin Buys Time does not receive or store your calculator scenarios through the calculator export signup.

Excel export signup

If you choose to unlock the Excel download, we send the email address you enter to Kit, our email service provider. Kit stores the address and manages the Kevin Buys Time — FIRE Calculator mailing list, including the fire-calculator-excel source tag configured in Kit.

We use your address to send occasional financial-independence updates, new tools, and relevant Kevin Buys Time products. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. If the dedicated Kit form uses double opt-in, your signup is accepted before it becomes confirmed; the spreadsheet download is unlocked when Kit accepts the signup request.

To request deletion of your email address, use the unsubscribe link or contact Kevin Buys Time through the contact method included in the email you received. Marketing messages must include the required sender identification and unsubscribe mechanism.

What we do not send

We do not send your investments, spending, retirement assumptions, plan names, charts, or exported spreadsheet contents to Kit. We do not sell or purchase email lists, and this site does not add advertising or analytics scripts for the calculator export gate.
